INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation 

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

 

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Quick Cart Express.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Quick Cart Express, accessible from https://quickcartexpress.com.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

If a product is refunded, returned, or exchanged, a shipping fee of AED 120 will be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.

Products bought from physical stores cannot be returned. All items purchased online are eligible for return and will be processed if conditions are met.

You are required to ship back the items following the shipping instructions:

  • Kindly pack the product in a proper package to prevent damage while shipping.
  • Ship the product to the designated store address.
  • Ensure all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items included in the package are returned.

 

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or if the return is initiated after 14 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. Refund processing time is 15 days.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Additionally, we accept new and slightly used products within the 15-day return window. The return method must be confirmed via email, and returns can be made directly in-store. A return label is included in the package. For support, contact us at +971 52 932 0491. No restocking fee applies.

To be eligible for a refund, ensure these conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must include original tags (if applicable).
  • The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in a resellable condition.
  • Products that are perishable, intimate, or custom-made cannot be returned.

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We allow exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Exchanges can only be processed for the same item or an item of equal value. If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
