They need a team that can navigate stairwells, book service lifts, uncrate on site, connect water and drain lines where applicable, level the unit, and take the packaging away. This is the service we run for appliance orders.
Refrigerators (bottom-mount, top-mount, side-by-side, French-door, built-in), washing machines (front-load, top-load, washer-dryer combos), tumble dryers, dishwashers, freestanding and built-in cookers, hobs, hoods, microwaves, dishwashers, wine coolers, and split-unit air conditioners.
Delivery of large appliances is scheduled by two-hour window — you choose the slot at checkout. If your building requires a service lift booking, please arrange it in advance so the delivery team is not turned away at reception. The confirmation email includes a checklist of what to prepare.
Standard delivery is to your kitchen or utility area. Installation — connecting water, drain, gas or dedicated electrical circuits — is available as a paid add-on in select areas. Ice-maker plumbing on French-door fridges, hot/cold plumbing on washing machines, and gas-cooker connection (by a qualified fitter) are the common add-ons.
Removal of your old appliance can be arranged in select areas as a paid add-on. Please ensure the unit is empty, defrosted (for fridges/freezers), and disconnected before the delivery team arrives.
Every appliance carries UAE regional manufacturer warranty. Compressor warranty on refrigerators and motor warranty on washing machines are often longer than the general warranty — the exact terms are on each product page.
Do you install washing machines and refrigerators?

Will you take my old fridge away?
