Last-Mile Delivery Across the UAE

The last mile — from local hub to your door — is where most delivery experiences succeed or fail. Missed handovers, wrong buildings, uncontactable couriers, and vague ETAs are the pain points people remember. We invest heavily in this final step because it defines whether an order feels professional or amateur.

How we run the last mile

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment location to regional hubs, then to local courier partners who know their zones. Route optimisation and live tracking mean each delivery gets an accurate ETA rather than a generic "today" window. Couriers call ahead if access is unclear.

Notifications and tracking

You get updates at pickup, in-transit, out-for-delivery, and delivered stages. Tracking links are live rather than end-of-day summaries. If your plans change, you can respond to the notification and reschedule.

Signature and handover

High-value orders require signature at delivery. If you would prefer someone else to receive, please add their name to the address notes at checkout or provide a written authorisation.

Failed deliveries and re-attempts

If the first attempt fails, a second attempt is scheduled at no additional cost. After two failed attempts, the parcel returns to our hub and we contact you to arrange next steps.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the ETA?

ETAs are live and updated as the courier route progresses — not generic day-long windows.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

A second attempt is scheduled free of charge. After two failed attempts, we contact you to arrange collection or a further attempt.

Can someone else sign for my order?

Yes — add their name to the address notes at checkout or provide written authorisation.

Do you deliver on Fridays and weekends?

Yes, subject to courier partner schedules. Available slots are shown at checkout.
