A modern television is a large, fragile, expensive piece of glass — often 55 to 85 inches, weighing 20 to 50 kilograms in its box. Getting one into a UAE apartment or villa without damage requires careful handling, sometimes lift bookings, and often installation. This is the delivery service tuned for that reality.

TVs are hand-carried where possible, kept upright, and never stacked. The delivery team will place the sealed box in a room of your choice on the delivery floor. If a service lift booking is required for your building, please arrange it in advance.
Professional wall mounting is available as an add-on in select areas — the technician brings the correct mount, drills into the wall, hangs the TV, connects power and HDMI, tunes basic picture settings, and takes the packaging away. Add-on installation is shown at checkout when eligible.
All TVs carry UAE regional manufacturer warranty. Panel warranty periods vary by brand (usually 1-2 years). Extended warranty options are available on request for premium models.
Do you install the TV?

What if the TV screen is damaged in transit?
Inspect on delivery. If the box shows external damage or the screen is affected, refuse the delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement.
Do you take away the old TV?
Old-TV pickup and disposal may be available in select areas as a paid add-on. Ask our support team when placing the order.
How is the TV packaged?
In original manufacturer packaging with foam corner protection. Outer cartons are used for oversized panels.
